INFORMATION

Thanks to several integrated screens, the product can be separated into different components. After the product has been fed in uniformly, coarse impurities such as larger grains and straw remain on the surface of the upper screen, while the product flow passes through the screen and falls onto the lower screen. Smaller impurities, such as sand and weed seeds, pass through the lower screen and, like the coarse impurities, are discharged separately. An additional aspiration channel and magnet remove also specifically lighter particles such as chaff, husks, shells, dust, and metallic particles.

Even with a wide capacity range, excellent results can be achieved with the circular vibrating screen. This is ensured not only by different screen sizes, but also by the automatic screen cleaning system with so-called tappers. A stainless steel version is also available.
