The product is distributed uniformly into the compartments of the table separator via an inlet trough. A uniform lifting movement with a constant change of direction produces a layering effect inside the compartments. The specifically lighter product floats on the surface and due to the special geometry of the baffles in the compartments it is conveyed to one of the two product outlets. Simultaneously, the product with a higher specific weight leaves the machine through the second outlet.
The machine consists of a base frame onto which the respective version of the separating table is mounted. The separating table is equipped with a unilateral inclination adjustment device, an individually adjustable feeding device and an eccentric drive that ensures the adjustable stroke.
Apart from separating hulled and unhulled product, the table separator is also used to separate foreign seeds and impurities.
