Colour differences, discolouration, or hidden damage - the colour sorting machine is used where mechanical sorting machines reach their limit.

Via the vibration channels at the machine inlet, the product is distributed uniformly on a chute. On this chute, it glides past the cameras. This allows the entire surface to be viewed through the optical system. Special cameras, such as NIR and InGaAs cameras, broaden the range of applications.

Products that do not meet the quality criteria are identified by the system and sorted out by means of compressed air nozzles. The separated product leaves the machine through separate outlets.
The machine stores many different programmes. At the same time, it is possible to adjust the separation efficiency while the programme is running. Thus, a variety of products, even slightly inhomogeneous ones, can be selected with utmost precision.

Equipped with up to 7 chutes, the colour sorting machine covers a wide capacity range.
Large colour touch screens ensure easy and straightforward operation. Moreover, the provided interface enables connection to the company network as well as monitoring and control from the control room.
